I want to delete my account. I mistakenly signed up. I'm in the wrong region

I just want to delete my account. I made it before I realized it's for upper Canada. I'm not from there.

    Hi,
    We would be happy to delete you account for you. First we will need you to fill out a form so that we can acquire the information we will nee to complete your request.

    At the bottom of the My Family Room page is a Help link and on the Help page click the Contact Us link.
    https://askuc.ucdsb.ca/myfamilyroom/

    Once we have your information we will remove your account.
