combine all my children so that I'm only getting one email/text or phone call regarding school closures, snow days, or surveys etc!!!!!!!!!
I just received 3 emails, 3 phone calls to home, 3 cell phone calls, 3 text messages in regards to the survey to be completed by the students. Can the board not combine my 3 children together since I have one Family Room account so that I don't get multiple messages for the same thing? It is really annoying!!!

Multiply this by each parent/guardian - I just received 24 notifications, as did my partner for a grand total of 48 different contact notifications for our 3 kids due to an "Urgent" bus cancellation (which should have been sent as a "bus cancellation" not "urgent").
Considering that most robocall services charge per outgoing call, implementing this feature would save the board money and should be a high priority.
