Family Room App not useable
I have never been able to log into the app with the regular sign in option after signing up (I was told by my school this was a bug with the app, that the regular log in section was not functional so I had to use one of the other options like Yahoo), so I had to use my Yahoo ID to sign in to the app since it’s inception. Now, since the last iOS update (11.0.3) I was logged out and can no longer log back into the app with my Yahoo ID. I would have reported this through…

I have been trying for 2 years to get BOTH of my children on the SAME profile. When will this occur!
Why are children not placed on the same profile? After multiple requests from myself and my son's high school, my kids are STILL not both shown on my profile. It's been 2 years.

Absence reporting
Hi I was unable to report one of my kids for absence because his name didn’t show up on the list yet his is in my profile with all my other kids?. Thx Joanne

New Andriod IOS Update has caused issues with the App.
I've used the app all year long and have really enjoyed it and found it helpful, But the newest Android IOS update a couple weeks ago did something to the App and when trying to log a child absent....it won't let me scroll to the bottom of the screen to click submit to complete the action. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same problem.

Your android app doesn't seem to have the same options as your webpage. I was not able to register my child there.
I normally use the application on my tablet, which is android, and was really confused when I was trying to register a new child for school. The features on your app are much more limited then on your webpage. It would be nice if both the webpage and app were set up with the same functions.

We have not included the online registration form on our mobile app as the form is quite lengthy and not quick and easy to complete on a mobile phone.

Call only once for bus cancellations
Please only call, text, email 1 time for cancellations. I don't need the phone ringing 6 times at 5:50am for the same message over and over. Thank u

All events on the newsletter calendar to be included on the MyFamilyRoom calendar for my child.
Include all events that are on the school newsletter calendar on the MyFamilyRoom calendar so that I don't have to look at multiple calendars to make sure I don't miss something.

This function does exist and can be accomplished by the staff in your children’s schools.
Please check in with your school to find out when they will be using this functionality.

Children that are no longer enrolled in a UCDSB school will be removed from parent accounts and not visible in the website. If you still see children who have left the UCDSB, please contact the child’s school for assistance..

Fixing the notifications.
One that works. I am unable to respond to my absence notifications....It has been this way for months now. So until you fix what you have you shouldn't be adding more.
