  2. When an absence is reported from the school, the only option for answers are 'yes' or 'no'. Please add a 3rd section for additional comments

    There is a HELP feature on every page that contains a FEEDBACK link to contact the UCDSB for support.

    We will give consideration to your request for improvements to communicating with our team and it is currently under review for a future release of My Family Room.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    The absence reasons available for selection are the reasons used for internal tracking of student absences. We can consider an option for an ‘Other’ reason and provide an opportunity to enter more details regarding the absence.

    We will give consideration to your request and it is currently under review for a future release of My Family Room.

    I agree. I had to put something down that wasn't really pertinent but nothing else was close. There either needs to be "other" or a comment section so we can say why.
