  5. I entered my child's name instead of mine and there's no way for me to go bavk and change it. That needs to be changed.

  6. A "reason" box with text space for explanation of absense

    Too often my child is marked absent but has been at school either with another teacher or in resource room

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    The absence reasons available for selection are the reasons used for internal tracking of student absences. We can consider an option for an ‘Other’ reason and provide an opportunity to enter more details regarding the absence.

    We will give consideration to your request and it is currently under review for a future release of My Family Room.

    There is a HELP feature on every page that contains a FEEDBACK link to contact the UCDSB for support.
