The addresses tab is not editable.
The address tab has the information that the school uses as contact information. They have refused to update the information manually for 3 years now.

be able to update student verification forms
at the top of the form, it says to log into My Family Room to update info but there is no way to update Emergency Contact Info on this site

Approved people for Pick up Listing
Is there somewhere already that we can add who has authority to pick up my children other than myself and my husband? I would like to be able to add my son as a pick up authority.

Display course selections for the following school year.
My son just asked me to verify the courses that he selected for next year and since it was a hard copy piece of paper that had to be handed in, there is no way to do this.

They should attach the email addresses of your child's teacher beside the courses so it's easy to contact the teacher with any concerns
The areas where your child's course codes/ course names are there should also be the teachers email address so that you can contact the teacher easily if you have any concerns or just need to talk with them. It wouldn't take much on your part and would make it so much easier for busy working concerned parents that want to be apart of their child's education

When confirming absences there should be a comment area where you can provide details such as child was called down to student services.
There should be a detail area where you can provide info about the absence or non- absence in some cases. I have had instances with both of my sons where I get notified that they missed a class and it has proven to be either the wrong student was marked (verified by teacher) or my son was called out of the class for a meeting with the guidance counsellor about course selection or another similar issue. I am sure that our family can't be the only one this happens to. If I say No I wasn't aware of the absence…

Have a contact board for students having problems with projects or work to enable them to ask questions and get help from their teacher befo
Have a board where students can contact their teacher to ask questions on projects or homework they are having difficulty with and get answers to enable them to complete things correctly and on time. Include answers to the questions to save time for other students that may have the same question.

Additional line to YES / NO question of child's absence from school
When question is asked YES or NO to were you aware of child being absent. They should have additional line where I can answer correctly.It has happened a couple of times now where daughter was in class but for some reason teacher marks her as absent. No where in YES/NO can I answer with correct info at this time.

In the attendance summary I think they should be in order of dates absent or late as it makes it harder to find out if your child was absent
Please put attendance/late in order from when they happen.

Yes, we agree it would be best if the absences were sorted by DATE rather than DAY.

Move the Attendance button
On my mobile device the Attendance button is in a grey box on the far bottom left of the screen. It's likely a high traffic button - move it to a more easily visible location at the top of the screen.

A/B calendar

have a volunteer section for parents
under Volunteer sections have:
1. Letter to request PRC/VSS (printable) to bring to police station
2. Scan and add completed PRC/VSS to parent's profile
(understanding that the original will need to be submitted to the school)
3. Check box PRC/VSS is complete and on file (school admin only)
4. Once check box is checked, offer a calendar of volunteer opportunities and click on event to see details and sign up.1 voteThank you for your suggestion.

It would be helpful if we could do our pickup requests or early dismissal request using my family room.
There are no options for early dismissal or pickup withing this system.
